How does the pre-order model work?
We operate on a made-to-order basis to eliminate waste and keep prices fair. Once you place an order, our artisans begin crafting your items, which are then shipped directly to you upon completion.
What kind of leather do you use for your shoes?
We exclusively use full-grain calfskin leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina, ensuring superior durability and a beautiful natural patina over time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each pair is handcrafted to order, the process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will provide regular email updates as your shoes move through the various stages of production.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, original condition. We provide free shipping for all domestic exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Our shoes generally run true to standard US sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Detailed sizing guides are available on each product page to help you choose.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Yes, most of our footwear features Blake-stitched construction, which allows them to be resoled by any professional cobbler once the original soles wear down.
